Terms of Service

By accessing and using the services provided by Hongdong County Xiekedi Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Xiekedi Technology provides IT consulting, software development, system integration, and related technology services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom software development
• Web application development
• System integration and maintenance
• IT consulting and support
• Database design and management

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• All fees are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due according to the agreed schedule in the service contract
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

Intellectual property rights are handled as follows:

• We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property
• Custom developments created specifically for clients may be owned by the client as specified in the service agreement
• Clients retain ownership of their data and content provided to us
• We may retain the right to use general knowledge and experience gained during projects

Our liability is limited as follows:

• We provide services on an "as is" basis
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

We are committed to protecting confidential information:

• We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information
• Confidential information will only be used for providing agreed services
• We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent
• Our employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination of our service relationship

Service agreements may be terminated under the following conditions:

• Either party may terminate with written notice as specified in the service agreement
• We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms
• We may terminate for non-payment after appropriate notice
• Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due
• Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Arbitration or litigation in Shanxi Province, China, if other methods fail

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
